All Sales Are Final

To keep our prices affordable and our luxurious collection unique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer change-of-mind refunds. This applies to physical merchandise and, when available, digital products.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing, materials, included items, compatibility requirements, and delivery details before ordering.

Order Issues

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, or your order does not arrive, email richdigitalacademy@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible. Include your order number and a description of the issue. Relevant photos of the item and packaging can help us investigate. Keep the item and packaging while we review your request.

Digital Products

When available, digital products are final sale. Delivery methods, access requirements, and included licenses are stated in the listing. If a promised file, link, or access is missing or does not work as described, contact us for assistance. Payment alone does not mean digital content has been delivered.

Order Changes

Contact us promptly about an ordering error. Discretionary changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

EU and UK Withdrawal Rights

For qualifying EU/UK online purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving physical goods to notify us that you wish to withdraw, followed by 14 days to return them. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to personalized goods and certain unsealed hygiene products. Contact us for return instructions and the appropriate return address.

For qualifying withdrawals, we refund the purchase and eligible standard outbound delivery charges within the applicable deadlines. Where permitted, we may wait until goods or evidence of return is received. Direct return shipping costs are your responsibility only where legally permitted and disclosed before purchase.

A digital-content withdrawal right is lost only when the legal conditions are met, including required prior express consent and acknowledgment before supply begins. Purchase alone is not that consent.

Refund Processing

Any refund due is issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required. Bank posting times vary.
