About These Terms

These terms apply to purchases from and use of the Rich Digital Academy online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below. You must be legally able to enter the transaction or have the required permission.

Products, Pricing and Orders

Product listings describe the items, quantities, sizes, materials, digital formats, and access requirements included in a purchase. Prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes shown at checkout apply to your order. Availability is subject to stock and payment verification. If we cannot fulfill an order or discover a material listing or pricing error, we will contact you to resolve it, obtain agreement to changes when required, or cancel and refund the affected order.

Promotional lifestyle imagery may be illustrative or AI-generated. Individual product descriptions and specifications identify what you are purchasing. Display settings may cause minor color variations; this does not excuse a product that materially differs from its description.

All Sales Are Final

To keep prices affordable and our luxurious collection unique, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges or offer change-of-mind refunds. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights. Read our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide, subject to destination and product eligibility. Physical orders ship within 4–7 business days after payment confirmation; delivery time is additional. See our Shipping Policy for dispatch, delivery, customs, and delay information.

Digital Products and Licenses

When available, digital product listings specify delivery, file formats, access requirements, and included licenses. Resale, redistribution, editing, or commercial-use rights are granted only when expressly included. Do not assume every digital purchase includes resale rights or lifetime access. Educational resources do not guarantee income, sales, audience growth, or particular business results. Required third-party subscriptions or software are separate unless expressly included.

Appropriate Use and Intellectual Property

Do not misuse the store, infringe another person's rights, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with site security, or distribute malicious content. Store branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product-specific licenses govern use of purchased digital materials.

Policy Changes
